Shipping Policy

At Ahgua Fresca, we strive to ensure all orders are processed accurately and delivered in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policies before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received and verified, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once shipped, orders are estimated to arrive within 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

 3. Tracking Information

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring someone can receive the package when necessary.

 4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipping carrier confirms an order as Delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will generally be considered fulfilled.

Ahgua Fresca is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, except where required by applicable law.

Customers should report missing packages within 48 hours of the reported delivery date so we can review available tracking information and assist with an investigation.

Carrier delivery confirmation may be used as evidence when reviewing delivery disputes.

 5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Ahgua Fresca is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, except where required by law.

Customers should contact us immediately if an address correction is needed.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

 6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or failure to collect the shipment, customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

If a refund is requested for an eligible returned order, applicable original shipping charges may be deducted where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.

7. Reporting Order Issues

Customers should contact Ahgua Fresca within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to report:

- Damaged or defective merchandise.
- Incorrect or missing items.
- Delivery discrepancies.
- Other shipment-related concerns.

Customers should provide their order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

This reporting period does not limit rights or remedies provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Returns & Refunds

Customers have 5 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date to request a standard return.

All return requests must be submitted within this period. Requests received after 5 calendar days may be declined, except where required by applicable law.

To qualify for a standard return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and included items must be returned.

Customers must contact us before returning merchandise to receive return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Once returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method.
